Kids Konnecting is our version of Sunday School. We meet on Sunday mornings in the Worship Service with our families and then leave after the children's prayer for Kids Konnecting. Our curriculum is new this year and over the next 2-3 years we will be going through the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. We use a large group/small group format for ages 2-5, Grades 1-3, and Grades 4-6. Each session begins with worship time, drama or music, and a Bible story presentation for the whole group. Kids then gather into their small groups to connect with their leaders and dive deeper into the lesson.
This year we are sponsoring a child through World Vision. Anderson is a 4 1/2 year old boy from Ecuador. An offering is taken up each Sunday to support Anderson and his family. We believe that it is important for children to learn the value of reaching out to others who are in need.
